Boy, did my friend Joshua’s recommendation of Tacodeli for lunch pay off. So, so good!
This was the most pleasant drive down to Austin in a decade. Slowest through Waco was 40 mph. Waze had us on the quick toll routes once we got close. Thanks to early check-in availability, already in our room! And this guy helped with the driving. Now off to lunch.
This kid got the tying goal this morning in what ended up a heartbreaking semifinal loss in the Tampa tournament. Begged for us to get on an earlier flight so he could play with his JV squad, and thanks to Southwest, that happened.
Then proceeded to score 4 goals plus an assist.
Waiting on our nearly-two-hours-delayed flight to Tampa with this guy. Hockey tournament for the hockey player.
I couldn’t remember if I’d backed the physical copy level of @TheBrometheus’ Kickstarter (and I never got around to looking), so this is a pleasant surprise today.
